I’ll be relocating to Perth soon to begin my Master’s journey at the UWA, and I’m currently looking for accommodation close to campus or with easy transport access 😊

• 29M international student starting my Master’s at UWA
• Friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy-going
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Have lived in Australia for 3 years with good rental history in SA, NSW, and QLD

I’ve had positive experiences in shared houses and enjoy a clean, respectful, and friendly living environment.

Open to furnished shared homes or private rooms depending on the setup. Move-in timing can be discussed, and I’m happy to provide references if needed.
