Hi! I’m Clióna. I’m 25, originally from the West of Ireland 🇮🇪 but have been lucky to call Perth home since June 2024.

I work full-time in the CBD (Mon–Fri, 8–5) and usually WFH once a week 💻. I’m often at my partner’s place or picking up the odd weekend shift at a pub (bonus: 20% off at some of Perth’s best bars 👀). I like to keep busy, but when I’m home I really value a calm, tidy, and relaxed space to unwind in 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

I’ve recently lodged my Sponsorship Visa and am looking for a long-term, stable home, not just a stopgap. Ideally somewhere relaxed and friendly, where everyone respects each other’s space. After a busy day in the CBD, I can be a bit of a homebody, but I love a good chat, sharing a glass of wine, or a spontaneous kitchen catch-up now and then 🍷💬

You’ll usually find me beachside, swimming or sauna-ing at Hillarys, at a gig, out for a bite, or at my partner’s place. I love staying busy and social. I’m lucky to have friends and family here in Perth and absolutely adore spending time with my nephews (Timezone has definitely cost me a small fortune since I moved! 🎯).

I’m ideally looking for a home with:
💫 No more than 2–3 people total (including me)
🧍‍♀️Preferably people around my age
🚙 Parking
💸 Budget: $300/week for shared accommodation including bills, but I’m flexible for the right vibe or a self-contained place.

I’ll be heading home to Ireland from December 15th to January 7th, so I’m hoping to find a place before then to move into 🏡✈️
