I’m Phil, 22 Y/O and in my final year of my engineering degree. I live in Tapping at the moment, but have been working full time as an undergrad engineer in Bibra Lake for the past year.
I would very much like to eliminate this commute by moving somewhere closer to my workplace.
Looking for a place in Bibra Lake and surrounds, for a minimum period of 6 months but likely for the foreseeable future.
A few disclaimers I feel are necessary:
- I drive a Ute, and would prefer to park it in the yard/garage rather than on the street..
-I would need to install a safe, either in my room / in garage (bolted to two surfaces). More than happy to repair any holes in the wall upon the end of my lease, or pay to have it repaired.
-I have 2x 3D printers that I frequently use for Eng projects / personal R&D which I would like to bring with me.
Some reasons as to why I am a suitable renter:
-I’m largely away from home between my full time position, university and part time side-job, so I just need a place to crash to avoid spending hours each day in the car.
- I’m don’t smoke or drink, and am otherwise a tidy individual.
- I meal prep, and as such won’t be too busy in the kitchen.
- As mentioned previously, I maintain/service my own Ute. I would be more than happy to service your vehicle(s) if you supply your own materials/components.
