I'm a 37 year old single female looking to rent within a share house arrangement. I've lived independently for several years and my current lease is ending soon. I enjoy a quiet lifestyle with fixed routines and organised living space. I value privacy but enjoy socializing too. I have reliable transport, stable fixed income and rental references. I don't mind helping with household and garden tasks too. I require an unfurnished setup as I have my own, and also some household appliances which may be good additions to a pre existing share house. Preferably would like to be added to the lease for security and stability purposes.
