Hi my name is Tina work in Defence I drove up from Brisbane I’m in my 30s and I’ll be posted here for the next 6–8 months. I’m looking for a fully furnished room within $270–$300 per week including bills.

I’m easy-going and respectful, and I keep a pretty steady routine (work and gym), so I’m often out and quiet when I’m home. I’m a great housemate because I’m reliable with rent, clean up after myself, keep shared areas neat, and I’m considerate about noise and privacy. I’m also low-key no parties and minimal visitors just after a comfortable, private space to recharge also have my own car. I also don’t smoke .
