I'm moving to the area around July 12th to study at Macquarie University and am looking for a peaceful, tidy place to call home.
I’m a very focused, reliable, and neat person who deeply values a clean living space. I completely respect personal boundaries, shared house rules, and quiet hours for studying, and you can always count on me to pay my rent and bills strictly on time. I prefer a calm environment and am definitely not looking for a party house.
I am a smoker, but I am incredibly respectful about it and only smoke completely outdoors, ensuring it never affects anyone else.
