I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemates of any age.

My study and work background is in the arts, along with assorted admin roles. Nowadays I'm researching and writing so while this occurs within my room, a larger home environment involving some fun, conversation and mutual goodwill is a definite sweetener. I usually get out to exercise etc, late afternoon and am often out of an evening.

I'm independent and happy to be solo (no partner) and am fine to do my catching up with friends outside of the home if this is what fits with the household. Foodwise, happy to share occasionally but essentially do my own thing.

I have a passion for our natural and built environments. Proximity to trees, birds and beetles truly brightens my day.

I have an excellent rental history, a secure income and a responsible nature. My entry for length of stay is nominal (as required info) and as such, is open for longer term.
