Looking to team up with one other person to rent a large place with 3 or 4 bedrooms.

I've eyed a gorgeous house in Palm Beach (link below) that's available in the next few weeks, inspection is on Tuesday. I'd like to team up with someone with similar lifestyle to me.

I'm an easygoing, busy full-time professional working in the profit for good sector. I work from home and plan to set up a home office (hence the 3-4 bedrooms, depending on what you need). Very responsible, clean and tidy tenant, with great rental references (where needed).

I'm a friendly gal, wake up early most mornings for a bit of exercise or an ocean dip. I eat mostly vegan though I also eat a bit of everything else. I spend most of my spare time listening to podcasts or audiobooks, hiking, at a boxing or yoga class, or out and about with friends. Netflix + chill is also a plan some nights, though to be honest don't watch too much TV. Not a party person, quiet, highly respectful and considerate — I'm social but also keep to myself.

In terms of teaming up: I have some furniture and some appliances already, but we'd need to buy a coach, TV, and a couple of other things for the house — we can decide who buys what.

If you have a pet, let's chat about it! I love dogs and cats, as long as they're well behaved and you clean after them :)
