Hey!

Dan here, looking for a new place in the Shire, Inner West or Eastern Suburbs - basically anywhere that I can get to Miranda within 40/45 min drive. I've been in Sydney about two years after spending time growing up in Queensland, NZ and Canada. I adore living here and what this city has to offer.

I'm pretty social always up for a chat and bev but sometimes I just wanna hide away in my room after one of those days at work and binge Netflix in the dark. I'm neat and tidy but sometimes I may leave my coffee cup on the bench if I'm running late for work but I always pull my fair share and won't kick up a stink if I have to do the odd tidy of other peoples things.. No one likes a whinger! I'm respectful when it comes to your space and things and I've lived with a range of ages, lifestyles and amount of people so I'm pretty adaptable.

Beach, travel, gym, drinks and falling down Reddit holes until 2am - probably sums my life up when I'm not working :)

I do have my best friend coming down from 30/12-03/01 and is hoping to stay with me. She will be out and about with myself and the rest of our friend group over that time. If you're chill with her staying in the room at night with me for some extra cash on my end toward the next bills or something then that would be sweet!
