Hi potential future flatemate,

Danah here, 33yo. I work in research at Deakin Uni full time. I am usually on site, but currently work from home some of the time due to the COVID situation. I am moving out of my current flat because of renovations and so its time to find a new place to call home. I would be happy living in a home-like atmosphere rather than a hostel-like atmosphere. I would love to share a meal or a glass of wine after work and it would be nice to live with likeminded people. I am very clean and tidy, especially in the common areas. I am well versed in house sharing etiquettes and have lived in share houses since 2014. In my free time I cook, go to the gym, meet friends and enjoy the outdoors.
My preferred suburbs are Hawthorn, Richmond, South Yarra or surroundings. I would preferably live with one or two other flatemates max. I would need parking spot for my car (street parking is fine).
