About me

Hello potential housemate(s),

My lease in Narre Warren South is ending soon and uni semester doesn't start until Feb next year, so I'm looking for a room to stay until my semester starts. If I graduate/pass all units, then I might be able to extend my lease.
Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me and my cat!

Looking for:
- Somewhere in Pakenham, Officer, Narre Warren (or South), Beaconsfield, etc.
- Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... especially the bathroom part... So something like 2 bedroom, 1/2 bathroom house, OR 3 bed 2 bath, OR 4 bed 3 bath...
- IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills or stretching my budget based on the house! (cuz right now I'm pay $100 P.C.W. for a new big new house with garage space haha)
- Ideally unfurnished (bedroom) as I have my own and I do prefer to bring them with me (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table no chairs tho, white goods, kitchen utensils, one chaise lounge, TV, TV stand, my own bedroom furniture)
- Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful people.

About me:
I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome bubble tea!
I rarely cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit.
I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options.
STUDY: I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Semester has finished, so there's no need to attend classes anymore, hence why looking for somewhere close to my part-time job, which is in Pakenham, until my results are released, then I'll be able to decide where to go from there.
WORK: I work part-time at night at a Chinese restaurant 5-6 nights a week, and will also be looking for a day time job in childcare as well, so I'll be fairly busy if I do get two jobs. Night time I often finish quite late (it could be 11pm when I get home), so somewhere people don't mind me showering that late would be awesome.
I am NOT a party person nor am I a smoker. When I'm not working, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or just resting.
I'm friendly, and easy-going. I respect personal space and privacy, and I'd expect my housemate(s) to value this as well. I'm always up for some chat if you feel like sharing/talking, but I also value some quiet time in my own room after some hectic working days.
My friend has left me with one cat, a champaign colour Tabby, to take care of for only a few months while he is saving up the $3k to bring him back overseas. And I can't ditch him unfortunately :(

About the cat:
His name is Foz and he is beautiful! He has medium length hair and isn't just your average ginger cat cuz he's shinning in gold colour haha! He is microchipped, uses flea treatment regularly, desexed, and indoor only. He's toilet trained, well behaved and is perfect and trouble-free IFF he's the only pet i.e. doesn't scratch furniture or pee around, super low maintenance. He's extremely cautious around anything and everything new. But once he gets comfortable with you (which took months for my previous housemates), he's affectionate and will welcome you home at the door everyday haha.. All he does everyday is eat, sleep, and shit, very lazy cat. Honestly, he can probably stay in my room the whole time if you're not comfortable with him walking around the house... But I'd prefer him to have a better life than this lol.

If you've got anything, message me anytime :) Hope to hear from you soon!

Regards,
Nancy.
