Hello! I'm looking for a new home with max one other person for at least 12 months. I'm 26, like to spend a bit of time at home to relax as I have a very busy job, but also go to the gym regularly and out for drinks or weekend markets in the area, join me! I work full time helping to run a restaurant business in the inner west (free food ;) ).

Also moving with me is my 2 yr old little black cat Lilo who is not only very cute but also well trained and doesn't make much noise or mess.

I've lived in several sharehouses and kinda over cleaning up after other people so looking for someone mature and clean. Happy to start in a fresh new rental or move in to an established place where I can contribute to the house. Prefer to have own bathroom and a reasonable size bedroom, also need access to an outdoor area for Lilo and a plant collection.
