I work full-time for a marketing agency + do some freelance work on the side so I'm pretty busy Mon - Sat. My work week is split between working from home and working in the office in the Melbourne CBD.

I'm a chill guy to live with, always like to keep things tidy and orderly. LGBT friendly.

Non-smoker, easy-going & happy to chat/hang out when I'm not working. Big into heavy music and going to gigs and froth a good coffee. Don't mind a beer or two on the weekend but not looking for a place to party.

Can make furnished or unfurnished work, but MUST have room for decent size desk to work from (either in the bedroom or ideally a separate study area), and preferably parking (on street is fine).

Looking to move in May/early June, am flexible.
