Hey everyone!

I am looking for a private unfurnished room to rent in Burleigh, Miami, Mermaid Beach or Palm Beach.

I'm a 23 year old Australian permanent part time worker who is friendly, very clean and tidy .
When I'm not working I like to relax and binge out on netflix.

I am looking for a friendly place to move into with people who prefer a chilled and relaxed home and who are happy to socialise but also respect each other's personal space.

My current budget is $200 including internet and bills.

I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets but I don't mind living with people that do (I love animals)
