Are you looking for a sharehouse that is more like a home?
The room is an oversized master suite at the back of the apartment. Very quiet and very private. I call it The West Wing! It is furnished with Queen bed (linen included if you need) dressers/bedside table and TV. Walk-in wardrobe leads to ensuite shower/toilet.
The apartment is a modern, spacious two bedroom with heaps of natural light. I have an enormous open plan kitchen, dining and living room with polish floorboards leading out to balcony. It is nestled in a peaceful, heritage complex in St Kilda East with 3 acres of gardens and lawn with Swimming Pool, Sauna and Gym.
Looking for easy going, independent, happy, sociable, considerate and respectful individual or couple who will love their home as much as i do! It is perfect for someone newly arrived to the city and looking for a soft place to land while you find your feet!
Rent is $300/week paid fortnightly in advance. Bond is one month’s rent. Fixed bills are internet and a household kitty paid fortnightly. Utilities are split and paid when they come in.
TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, TiVo, ....what more do you need!!??
If the above sounds good to you then an inspection is a must, message me, let me know a bit about yourself and you can pop over for a cuppa and check out the place!
Walking distance to Chapel St and Carlisle St. Tram stops are 1 min walk, (64 & 5) train (Windsor Station) is 5 min walk. dedicated parking space by the flat and free on street parking is available.
I am a laid back professional, at the weekends I like to either cafe hop around Chapel St or St Kilda, browse around the markets or head out to the countryside. I enjoy yoga, cycling my bike, growing nice things on the balcony and restoring furniture.
I am an expat from Scotland, been here 12 years. Love Melbourne and all it has to offer. I left my big career job in June and headed north for the snow season up at Mount Hotham working as a snowboard instructor and barmaid. Taking a career break while i work out my next adventure in employment
The Other Housemates
Must love rabbits! I have two house bunnies that are more like cats. They pretty much keep to themselves but might hop up on the sofa with you if they think you have raisins or crackers.
