I am renting my apartment while I head off to the mountains for the ski season!
Light and Spacious, very quiet and very private. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, triple wardrobe and shoe cabinet. The bathroom has a bath/shower and separate toilet off the laundry.
My home is a modern, spacious two bedroom apartment with heaps of natural light. I have an enormous open plan kitchen, dining and living room with polish floorboards leading out to balcony. It is nestled in a peaceful, heritage complex in St Kilda East with 3 acres of gardens and lawn with Swimming Pool, Sauna and Gym.
The second bedroom is used by my flatmate who will also be away until October, so while his room will not be in use, you will have the rest of the place to yourself.
Mostly I'm looking for a full time employed, reliable, easy going, respectful person to occupy the place while we are gone. It is perfect for someone newly arrived to the city and looking for a soft place to land while you find your feet!
I am a 30ish lady project manager working at Melbourne University. I love my job but I love my life more! I am an expat from Scotland, been here 10 years. Love Melbourne and all it has to offer.
Rent is $360/week including utilities, paid fortnightly in advance. Bond is one month’s rent.
I can leave my internet connected if you would like, it is $80/per month for this.
Lease is from 1st July to 1st October 2017
TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, TiVo, ....what more do you need!!??

I have two gorgeous house bunnies that will need looking after while I am away. If you are pet lovers and fancy fostering them for the rental period then that would be super amazing and I would deduct $60 per week from the rent!
This is by no means a fixed plan, I can ship them off to pet sitters for the season but it would be great if they could remain in their home.
