New townhouse that is a 10 minute walk to Preston station and a 5 -10 minute walk to the infamous 86 tram (At least that's how the locals see it haha).
The also well renowned Preston market is within ten minutes (walk) from the property; if you're the type who likes to cook and grab a bargain I'm sure you'll be a fan.
Furniture and amenities are provided which includes couch, glass dining table, fridge, washing machine, bed and outdoor decking area. Everything is less than 4 years old and in good condition.
Street parking available/unlimited Internet 20Mbps connection/ built in wardrobe/split system aircon in the lounge/ three toilets and 2 bathrooms.
Two rooms available. Large room is 780/month sharing all bills. Bills include gas, water, electricity and internet, roughly $100/month depending on usage.

Currently there are 3 ppl living here, Tom (33) and Serena&her mum we work / study. Needless to say, we are friendly and like the keep the place in shipshape; so we're looking for someone who won't mind pitching in on the chores on occasion and cleans up after themselves.
Preferable ages 25 - 35 years. Visitors of tenants are welcome however frequent visits and anything longer than 2 consecutive nights are required to give notice to the rest of the house. Minimum stay is 6 months; 30 days notice is also required on vacating the premises. No couples, pets or smokers thank you.
