Modern, bright 2 bedroom apartment, well located near the beach, shops and public transport. It is opposite a reserve on a quiet street with a path to the beach.
The apartment is well kept, clean and has a nice outlook with a big bright sunny balcony.
It is in a small block and is one of the newer built apartments on the street. Across the road is a reserve and there is plenty of on street parking.
The apartment is fully furnished with relatively new furniture. Bedroom has a bed and some furniture but this is optional. Kitchen has a new fridge, dishwasher and oven.
There are very large built in cupboards and a set in the bedroom .

The apartment has a relaxed feel and is kept clean and tidy. I am considerate and respectful. I don't mind a chat but am intuitive enough to know when people need their own space.
Most of my socializing is done outside of the apartment.
I own and manage niche business, which keeps me busy.
Apartment has small well behaved dog named Bear who has always befriended my previous flatmates.
