About the apartment - The quiet & bright 2 bedroom apartment has timber floor boards throughout, high ceilings, lounge room, modern kitchen w/ gas, stainless steel appliances & eatery, balcony BBQ area, and single bathroom w/ internal laundry. All day street parking. Living areas are fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped.
About the block - 1920's apartment block which exudes character, and property backs directly on to Sydney Harbour. Property has a private Harbour pool, jetty, beautiful harbour foreshore garden, roof top viewing deck with harbour and bridge views. Located in a very quiet area, 3 minutes walk to the ferry which is only 10min to the city, local shop/ dry cleaner, 15min walk to buses, woolworths, restaurants and the Oaks, 2km to the train station. Easy access to Cremorne point walk, multiple local harbour parks and Balmoral Beach. This is a great place to live, is convenient for work (10min peak hour drive or ferry ride to the city) yet only 20min from Manly Beach.
