The house has all amenities you require - Washing machine, large bathroom (shower and tub), 2 living rooms, modern kitchen, pool, bbq outside etc

Parking on the street in front of house is safe.

We are looking for clean, respectful, employed housemates,

$300 Bond upfront. Rent is $170/week for singles. $220/week for couples. This covers all utilities, and Wi-Fi
