Looking for Long-Term, Luxury Living? This is it!!!!!!!!!

I have a three Bedroom apartment in a relatively New Building in the CBD with the master bedroom (you'll be assigned your own bathroom) for rent. Restaurants, Clubs, Transportation, Shopping, Entertainment and everything else you could ask for are all within 5 minutes walking. The apartment itself is a relatively new top-tier designer property which offers an auspicious lifestyle. On-site there is a gym and fabulous Olympic style swimming pool. And for your summer time hosting, there is a first class barbecue and grill area. Did I say Shopping and all the other fine things in life you could ask for are in close proximity?

The apartment has two bathrooms for your comfort. The kitchen and everything in it is new - Gas stove (with oven), dish washer, refrigerator, white-ware, microwave and the like. There are also laundry facilities inside the apartment. The apartment comes with gas-based reverse cycle heating and cooling and hot water (hint! hint!: cheap, cheap). Bedrooms are carpeted throughout (all with built-in-robes) and the living area has modern layout and floor design.

This is a new flat share, but is fully furnished so simply bring your clothes and live-it-up! Whilst this will not be a loud party apartment, I watch sports and the news so I will be getting a flat screen TV with Cable for sure. I also like to cook, even though I am sometimes too busy to get that done. I am a lover of exercise/fitness/ healthy-lifestyles and learning. All you need to do is be respectful and clean up after yourself; and we will be the best of friends. How you keep inside your room is your business, as long as it does not create a stench inside the apartment.

Ideally, I am looking for a single person to pay $370/week [(410 per week master bedroom), Couples are welcome to pay an additional $20 -$40/week (negotiable)]. I have grand parents type love for kids - have them visit, teach them how to make lots of trouble, then send them home to their parents - so no kids and no pets please. Ideally, we will have professional cleaners come in at least once a month to clean the general areas at my expense. You must be willing to sign the lease and show proof of income/ability to pay. Cable and Internet included, all other utilities will be split equally between us. Parking is available at an additional $50/week.
