Hi, we are looking for a friendly easy going non smoker 30 years and over.
We want someone preferably for a long term stay (but in any case for a minimum of 6 months).
The home is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 toilet townhouse to be shared with 2 males. We are both friendly and sociable working professionals. The townhouse is modern, clean and quiet.
We have a choice of 2 bedrooms:
1. Main master bedroom:
The bright spacious master bedroom has a full ensuite. The large room (size 3.9m by 3.7m) has large built in robes and will easily fit a queen size bed, desk and still have ample room to move around.
Rent is $259pw (includes WIFI) + utilities. Bond $564.
2. Other bedroom:
Room is also large (3.7m by 3.4m) with built in robes. Rent is $224pw (includes WIFI) + utilities. Bond $494. The room is also bright and looks over greenery. The person in this room will share a huge family bathroom with only 1 other person. The bathroom also has a spa bath.
Either room comes with a lock up garage with remote control access.
The living room has a large open plan lounge/ dining area with garden aspects to both the front and rear.
There is a bright sunny deck and separate laundry.
We are very near Camberwell Junction, 5 minutes walk to train station or 3 minute walk to city trams.
Within walking distance you have many cafes and shops, Rivoli cinema, fresh food market and Sunday market.
The property has the benefit of being right in the middle of all that Camberwell has to offer while remaining a very quiet and peaceful block.
