One main bedroom available in very spacious and homely 2-storey 3 bedroom townhouse in Rippleside. Room available is a large room with balcony, ensuite and walk in robe. Property includes a large living room, meals area, kitchen with dishwasher, second living area/study, laundry, three toilets (1 in ensuite), large bathroom with separate bath and shower, large built in wardrobes, centrally located reverse cycle air conditioner and central heating. Fenced in backyard and garage that can be used for storage or can fit a small car, plenty of street parking.

We are looking for someone to take over my tenancy with the current housemate who is a 25 year old male who works full time. Someone easy going who is reliable and accountable for rent, bills, cleaning and general share house etiquette. No couples. This is a three bedroom house, currently only two of these bedrooms are rented, and the other is used as a spare room you could always look in to renting the 3rd in the future to lower the rent for you both.
