Hi! We are Hannah and Lauren, in our 20's and 30's, seeking an individual (or potentially the right couple) to live with us. Our house is in a quiet and secure gated court, yet very close to all the action! It's a 3 level townhouse with open kitchen, living and shared balcony, as well as a full laundry. Covered garage with space available for a car. Our place is in the East end of the Adelaide CBD, just a short walk/bike ride to the Central Markets, North Terrace, Rundle Mall and more. Very close to public transport, cafes, shopping, and more.
Available is the master bedroom of the house on the top floor: one medium sized bedroom with walk-in robe plus additional built in robe, and a small private balcony. The larger of two bathrooms in the house is directly next to your room and is shared with one other person on the top floor. The house is furnished you will only need to supply your bedroom furniture.
We are looking for a friendly mature professional/student, or possibly the right couple, to join our house. We would like to find someone who will be around sometimes and happy to share some food/meals, perhaps cook once a week for us and we'll do the same for you :) If we find a couple, we may negotiate rent slightly differently. We don't have a commercial TV in communal areas (and would prefer to keep it that way) but have a projector set up for Netflix/movies. We like to keep the house tidy (but comfortable and lived in) and expect everyone to share the cleaning regularly without being asked.
Bills are additional & split evenly. We have an existing internet connection with unlimited downloads- $60/month together. Our electricity, gas and water are always low compared to the average household as we like to be environmentally friendly :)
Our lease ends in October 2017 so we'd prefer to have housemates who can stay until then, with the possibility of renewing. All ages/ genders/ occupations welcome, as well as any questions :)
