Furnished Queen sized room with build in wardrobe. Quiet, light and airy flat. Looking for a non smoker, 30 yrs + to share my spacious top floor unit. 15 min walk to Dee Why beach & 1 min walk to City Bus stop.

I am a young 40year old who is clean, social and easy going, but I like to spend some quite time at home. I travel a fare amount for work so sometimes you will have the place to yourself. Looking for someone tidy and responsible. Would consider a couple at $350 per week.
