I’m leaving my apartment and need someone to take over my room. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment (one bathroom), ideally located next to St Kilda junction. Close to the surrounding beaches, with ample tram connections and a 10 minute walk to Chapel St and Achland St.
The apartment itself has a clean, well lit and somewhat spacious living area. All of the furniture is mine and I’m more than happy to sell it, it includes 3 furnished bedrooms, living room, dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine, iron and all the smaller stuff.
The other 2 rooms are already occupied by two professional foreigners, one from England and one from Switzerland.
$220 per week will cover the rent, bills are on top of that and average $20 per week per person. There is $1000 bond, you will need to get on the lease.
You’ll end up in the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an undercover car spot.
I'm leaving on the 1st of July.
