Walking distance to shops and great Cafes, restaurants...also a nice walk down to Balmoral Beach!
Its very peaceful and a beautiful leafy street with ample parking.
WALK TO FERRY is 7-10 mins and takes 20mins TO CIITY
M30 bus from Mosman goes to Marrickville via City , Ultimo and SYDNEY UNI
Bus direct to Nth Sydney is a few mins walk...
There are several bus routes to the City from Mosman
Also buses to Manly, Chatswood and Lane cove
I am an independant, quiet, vegetarian female. Clean and tidy, and like my home to be a relaxed sanctuary, not a party house. I prefer to socialise outside with friends, and prefer flatmates who enjoy the same.
I care about the environment and animals (unfortunately NO PETS allowed here) and am very conscious of my carbon footprint and respect for the earth.
I love the outdoors (swimming/walking etc.) and do yoga/kirtan, meditation and like music and the Arts. I like to lead a very healthly lifestyle.
There are some awesome harbour and bushwalks in the area.
I am open and social and friendly, but I also like a lot of quiet time to myself, especially at home as I have a busy lifestyle.
My friends describe me as a kind and thoughful, generous person.
I do respect other people space and pricacy and enjoy the same.
I am looking for a likeminded person (Not couple) who is respectful, clean and tidy and also appreciates a quiet home (great for studying), and the space I have created.
