Located a short walk to UNSW (10 mins) and close to main bus stop with buses to Central Station, Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction etc. Walking distance to local supermarket and other affordable shops and restaurants. There's also a gym across the road!
You will be sharing the top floor of a freestanding house with 3 other people - 4 people in total (friendly family lives downstairs).
