I am looking for a female to share a lovely two bedroom unit in Vaucluse.
Room 1 - $285 p.w
Room 2 - $350 p.w
My neighborhood is extremely quiet, peaceful and on the cliff top overlooking the ocean. The small block of apartments has recently been completely renovated on the outside, along with balcony, stairs and entrance corridor upgrades.
It is ten minutes drive to Bondi beach. Ten minutes to CQ by ferry from Rose Bay.
The unit is large, bright and sunny, with north facing balcony, overlooking the ocean.
Both rooms have (new) full length built in mirrored wardrobes, with lots of storage space.
Internet/Wi-Fi access available.
This apartment overlooks water from balcony and enterance.
Would prefer someone who does not smoke.
The unit is five minutes to the bus stop.
Four weeks bond, plus two weeks rent in advance.
Must be tidy and clean.
Email or call/txt Carmel to view by appointment.

Facing north, this sun filled apartment is barely a breath to the dramatic sandstone cliffs and scenic coastal boardwalk to Watsons Bay. It’s set in a block (recently renovated) of only nine and captures views over idyllic parkland to the ocean. It is only moments to Diamond Bay, village cafés and city transport.
Glass-fronted living/dining bathed in northerly sun
North facing balcony with views out to the ocean
Sparkling new bathroom featuring a deep bath
Well appointed gas kitchen with a breakfast bar
Plenty of free street parking

Nielsen Park
Adjacent to Shark Bay with its calm water, hint of a swell and shark proof net. Kiosk, toilets, picnic and surrounded by bushy Nielsen Park. A popular attraction for locals and regular swimmers.

Vaucluse House
Vaucluse House is one of Sydney’s few 19th-century mansions still surrounded by its original gardens and wooded grounds. The house, park and tea rooms are a must visit to experience Australian history

Parsley Bay Reserve
A wonderful green park with beautiful bay and outlook. If you like privacy, picnics and a pleasant dip this little bay is great.

Camp Cove Beach
If you enjoy early morning swims, camp cove is the place to be. Very popular for early bird swimmers and professional snorkeling groups and activities. Very clean water close to the harbor entrance.

Watsons Bay Ferry Wharf
Watsons Bay is popular for sun bathing, eating at the famous Doyles Restaurant, and catching ferry rides across the harbor to Circular Quay, Manly and Taronga Zoo

Gap Park
Fantastic walks to harbour entrance. The native vegetation is well kept and the walks through here are wonderful. Walk here in 10-15 minutes from the unit. Beat the crowds and sight see at its best.

For the local papers & bus tickets. This shopping area also contains cafe, Westpac ATM, fruit and veg, pharmacy, food store, butcher, post office, chocolate patisserie, hairdresser and sushi dining.

Your Fitness Gym 83 New South Head Rd
Five minute walk to great local gym for keeping fit and working out, if walking along the coastal walks is not enough!

The Grumpy Baker
Less than 5 minute walk from the unit is The Grumpy Baker for delicious cafe food, all sour dough breads, and fantastic coffee. A great breakfast to start the day.

Christison Park
Just 30 seconds from the unit is Christison Park which has wonderful views across the harbour facing the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
