Great house in a great location, close to Watergardens, large shopping centre and major train station in the north western suburbs. Buses, shops and restaurants are located across the street. Just 30 minutes drive or 35 minutes train ride to Melbourne CBD. Just 15 minutes drive to Melbourne Airport.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is for the main tenant. There is one bathroom with a toilet in it and another separate toilet. You can bring your own furniture if you like. There is space for some storage.
Very spacious communal areas [Lounge, kitchen, dining area, a beautiful outdoor covered area, front and back yard]. You should see it in person to appreciate it. There is ducted-heating in the entire house. The house is fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished and have a builtin wardrobe.
