If you want to reserve a room in advance at the end of November or beginning of December this place might interest you, would you consider a move to Carlton in the first place?. It isn't far from the City or Botany Bay if you know Sydney a little bit.
I'll be looking for a responsible person to share a 3 bedroom unit not far from the Railways station, Bus stop or the nearest beach. Must be tidy in the common areas and not a party animal.
I'm a South American male (born in Uruguay), professional of the IT industry, friendly, considerate, lead a quiet life, not into drugs or heavy drinking. I' m social but also like time of my own, foremost I respect other people spaces and privacy.
The room can easily fit a Queen size bed (2.22 m X 1.63 m) or another single bed, the dimensions are 4.01 m length by 3.04 m width. It has a single bed and a 2 piece wardrobe but you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
The main bedroom has an on suite bathroom which I use but the main bathroom is larger with a bath and is part of the deal together with half of the double lockup garage and storeroom on the ground floor. The unit is on a top floor and has views to the South and North through the 2 balconies and the northern one would be exclusive use of my flatmate.
Broadband Internet access unlimited and electricity are also included.
It is a security building and is about 350m to Carlton Railways Station, 200m to Kogarah Oval (St George's Stadium) and 500m to St George's Public Hospital.
The train will get you to Mascot in 15 minutes, the Sydney CBD in about 25, to Bondi Junction in 35 and Cronulla about 40. The nearest beach will be Sans Souci about 3Km or Brighton-Le Sands a bit closer.
I have been living here nearly 6 years and is a nice neighbourhood, mostly quite with good people in this block of flats.
It is close to Kogarah, Rockdale and Hurstville shopping centres.
