One bedroom available for rent in a share house. You will be sharing with two female students in their mid 20s. We are ideally looking for a someone of around the same age but we welcome anyone to apply.
The house itself is located on a quiet street in a nice area, close to Mitcham square, walking distance to train and bus stops, and is fully furnished (besides the bedroom for rent).
The bedroom does not have built in wardrobes, however there is currently a huge floor to ceiling wardrobe in there that is yours to use if you want it.
We have ducted heating and cooling, a nicely sized backyard with entertainment area, a brand new oven and stove top in a spacious kitchen, small shed for storage, small study, and a spacious lounge room.
Your housemates are friendly and easy going. We don't have any specific rules, we just expect that you are respectful and considerate.
