We have a room available for rent in our sunny Newtown terrace. The master bedroom is spacious and airy. It features a private balcony overlooking Hollis Park and is currently furnished with a cupboard (but can be unfurnished if you have your own you'd like to bring.)
The room is available from November 7.
About the house:
Our terrace is fully furnished, with an amazing kitchen/entertaining area which we love to use! We are 4 young professionals, 24-28 years old. Isabella, Jason, Josh and our token Brit, Lottie. We are sociable people, who love a catch up and Netflix over dinner.

We are in a fantastic location: 250 metres from Macdonaldtown station and 100m from the vibrant King St. We overlook Hollis Park and get the most beautiful morning and afternoon sunlight.
