Only a short walk (about 1km) to the beach, shops, and public transport. Quiet suburb with a park across the street and a few ovals between here and the beach. Heating and cooling throughout the house. Solar panels and plumbed rainwater. Large outdoor dining and entertaining area. Big lounge room. Large shared office space. Also a kitchen and dining area. The second bathroom has the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Off street parking is available.
The bedroom is unfurnished but there is a chest of drawers available if you would like. The room has a tiled floor and a high window (good for light and a breeze but not a view).
Currently there are two of us in the house. We are both professionals in our late 20s. We like to keep things relatively clean and tidy. Also, if you are keen to come indoor climbing we go bouldering a couple times a week and you are welcome to join us.
