Large bedroom in a beautiful 1960s style 3-bedroom solid brick unit on the ground floor in a safe and secure area in Armadale. Cafes at the end of the street.
Your rent includes the use of the one off-street car space at the rear of the block.
One bedroom will be available from 11 March 2018 when our other housemate moves out.
Large bedroom (12sqm) with carpet and large built-in wardrobes. Large window facing south. Enough space for a queen size bed, bedside table + small furniture (e.g. small desk or chest of drawers). Move in date is flexible after 11 March 2018 when our housemate moves out.
Kitchen has gas appliances and plenty of storage. Bathroom and a separate additional toilet. Lounge area with air-conditioning and heating, with adjoining dining area. Fully carpeted and solid-brick so it is nice and quiet and temperature is stable. Separate laundry. Unlimited wifi internet ADSL2+.
The unit is somewhat furnished. Our departing housemate is taking the laundry items and a large couch so we are on the lookout for those. If you would like to bring some of your own furniture, we are happy to discuss how we can make space for your things / put some of our things in storage).
Located off High Street in the heart of Armadale in a beautiful tree-lined street, this location has it all - public transport, shopping, restaurants and cafes.

Vanessa is a 34 year old IT professional. She works a varied roster Monday-Friday. Can be social / likes to keep to herself sometimes and is a bit of a Netflix addict.
This is an easygoing, clean and friendly place to live - we have always had a really nice vibe together. Our home has a relaxed and comfortable feel which is wonderful to come home to :)
