Joss, Caitlin, and I (Storm) are looking for a housemate here at McLeod St.
- rent includes all bills and internets!
- room has wardrobe/drawer/shelve space
- room has a bed frame and mattress
- huge garage for storage
- driving and bus distance from uni (about 3kms away)
- close to both Jezzy and Wallsend shops
- neat house with common areas (kitchen, lounge, dining, shared bathroom, backyard)
- ideal for students as we are all studying full time (all in health and medicine oddly enough)
What we are looking for:
- age 20+, any gender
- can't have pets sadly
- smoking ok just outside, please
- respectful of house rules/is clean in common areas
We are all students, all pleasant and good friends. Housemates consist of Med student who studies like a fiend, the designated driver and newest addition, and I'm the gym junkie.
