Recently renovated 3 bedroom house with new extension on rear of property (kitchen, bathroom, lounge and laundry).
Currently each week $30 is put aside for bills, the house is on a unlimited electricity and gas plan which is paid monthly so bills are paid weekly with rent.
Ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling in all rooms.
The house is situated on a quiet street in Wellend close to public transport (5 minutes to town) and Welland shopping centre (5 minute walk).
There is a pool table in the shed at the rear of the property so be prepared to bring your a game.
The rooms on offer come with a cupboard but all other desired furniture will need to be provided.
I have been living in the house for 2 years and love the property and the area.
Both housemates are in our mid twenties, with one studying and the other working as a tattoo artist.
