The location could not be more convenient. It is just minutes from Brisbane's CBD and within walking distance to shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes (i.e.. Gasworks and James Street), and transport. Also, the river is at the end of the street... perfect for exercise or strolling to the weekly Powerhouse markets.
Ned and Elise live in the other two rooms (not a couple). We're in our mid-late twenties and are looking for someone around the same age (mid 20's to 30's). Ned's a professional who also studies aviation and I'm about to finish a Masters course. We're lovely (of course), neat and tidy and friendly. We're up for a chat at the end of the day and respect each other's privacy. Sometimes we're passing ships and don't see each other for a few days! Have friends over occasionally for dinner but do most of our socialising outside of the apartment.
We're looking for someone with similar qualities. Ideally, a professional. No gender preference. Must be willing to sign a 6+ month lease. Bills (internet, electricity and gas) split 3 ways. Available 2nd November.
