If you're looking for a super convinient location in Paddington in a clean/peaceful house and love dogs please contact me!
The house is amazing, pretty big and fully furnished. We have a big balcony and a little space for Yoga/meditation, if that's something you enjoy.
We are a pretty easy going couple looking for someone to rent one of the rooms we have available.
We thought we would always prefer to be on our own but we've been really enjoying sharing, so the only important thing is to find the perfect fit so we can connect and live happily together.
We have our baby dog which is a 20 months Golden Retriever. She's well trainned, clean and loves to play.
Even tho we have a dog, our house is super clean all the time and we would like to share with people who also appreciate that and will help to keep it this way.
My partner is 36, works full time as a salesperson in the construction field. I'm 32, psychologist, studying and working from home. I do some Uber for extra cash every now and then as well. We're both vegetarians, like going to the gym and being in nature as much as we can, so we're usually doing something outdoors when the weather is good. We both like waking up early, do some Yoga, meditate and eventually trying different activities like climbing, hiking and dancing.
Living in Paddington makes it easier and fun having a healthy lifestyle. There are all kind of yoga/pilates/gym studios in walk distance plus so many nice cafes and restaurants to explore! Mt Cootha is a good option if u enjoy hiking/cycling. It takes me about 20 mins walk to the city when i'm not in a rush. As an option u can catch buses around the corner every 10 mins.
Would be nice having a like minded person as our housemate and we're completely fine when it comes to not being vegetarian. Everybody is different and that's not the most important for us. The most important thing is having genuine, honest, positive people around us who will treat our dog with love and have a respectful/considering relationship with us. We don't need to be best friends or do everything together, we respect each others space and like to keep to ourselves sometimes but we do connect with people easily and would be amazing meeting some nice person to share our house with who we could call friend.
The other person living here is a really close friend of ours who stays here just for work every now and then but she actually lives down the coast.
