Located in a quiet, leafy street in a small red-brick block. Route 6 tram stop about a 200m walk. Armadale station is less than a 5 minute walk away too. The apartment is within walking distance to all of the High St cafes and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet.
Our place is perfect for someone looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, laid back space to relax and unwind.
ABOUT THE ROOM
It fits a queen size bed with side tables as well as a closet and desk.
BILLS & EXPENSES
Please note all expenses have been calculated based on 3 flatmates.
Below are the weekly amounts due and will be added to the weekly rent. Rent and bills need to be paid on a fortnightly basis.
Gas, water and electricity have been averaged out over 12 months to account for high and low seasons.
I have a cleaner who comes in weekly to do the common areas. I find this the most fair and efficient way to keep the place clean :)
I also provide all incidentals including toilet paper, cleaning supplies, bin bags, paper towel and laundry detergent so that no one gets lumped with these expenses for more than their fair share.
Total = $56.75
If you would like to come and see the place please send me a little bit about yourself and we can set up a time. Likewise if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
Although I am not asking for bond, in order to secure the room, first fortnights rent and expenses will have to be paid upfront.
Madi - I am 28, recently got married and my husband lives in Sydney. As such, I will be spending most of my time in Sydney. However, we have 2 retail stores in Melbourne, so I do need a place to stay for when I come down for work. I see myself spending about a week out of every 4-6 weeks in Melbourne. When I am here, I like to go to hot yoga and catch up with family and friends.
I am searching for 2 new flatmates as my current flatmates are moving out at the end of next month. One is a good friend of mine from Sydney, Alex, who is looking for a new adventure now that he is in Melbourne. Our other flatmate, Carolina, is looking to move in with friends.
Both Alex and Carolina are lovely and i'll be sad to see them go. Although, I am looking forward to the change - I think it's healthy to change things up every so often! And I look forward to getting to know my new flatmates.
