This is a share house. Current tenants are 2 females and 2 males.
We are looking for a 5th flatmate.
The room is $160 per week.
A Non Smoking, no drugs (inside or outside), QUIET, 6 bedroom share house located in Figtree Wollongong.
The lease is for your room and usage of common areas.
you would not be signing a group lease.
You are only responsible for payment of rent for your room.
The lease is until the 30th November.No shorter leases are available.The lease can be extended until the 21st of December if you need it to be.

All rooms have locks with keys.
:Medium size, carpeted room with built in wardrobe.
A small study room with heaps of shelving is also part of the lease.See pictures. The pictures show the room with bed and the small study room next door.The yellow wall is the hall where the 2 rooms included in your lease are located.
The house is NOT located on the free bus shuttle route.
However It is near paid public transport.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a deck. Backs on to a large park with a bike track. It is about 5km from Wollongong uni.
Whats included: *Electricity, Fast NBN internet (not home phone,) and water are inclusive in the weekly rent.
*Your room and use of common use areas to be shared considerately.
*The lawns are maintained by the owner.
Within the common areas there is basic furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils. Note; these items washing machine, 3 fridges, kitchen table, dishwasher, tv chairs, kitchen are owned by the owners son and are not included in the lease. However they may be used respectfully by other house members. If items are damaged or lost then the cost for replacement is required by the occupant responsible.
Tenants are required to keep rooms in good order and be part of the general cleaning of the common rooms. Tenants provide their own food, linens, laundry aids, extra kitchen items (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning aids-these would be in a rotating system) *************************************************
When messaging flat mates your message will go to me, Debbie (one of the owners )I will sort through applicants and send suitable applicant details to my son. He and other available housemates will then interview at a time convenient to both parties. Upon gaining an interview for a room please provide 2 references. If previous rental references are not available 2 character references are acceptable. These can be a school reference or employers and or personal friends of the family.
