Hi there, I'm a very easy going 20yo guy working full time.
Your room is a big room with ceiling to floor mirror and massive wardrobe. You'll have your own bathroom too.
Facilities in the building includes gym, BBQ, swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, study room, etc.
Smokers outside only.
$240 single. Comes with queen bed in your room.
* If you are couple, I can give you the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom for $330 per week.
All bills included in the rent: electricity, gas, hot water, Internet. You can use all the electronics such as TV, air con, dishwasher, clothes dryer etc as long as you use them only when needed.
I'm very easy to get along with but I expect you to at least
* Pay rent on time. Preferably on direct debit.
* Keep the place clean
Bond is fully refundable as long as you stay for minimum 6 weeks and no damage caused to the flat. 2 weeks notice before you leave required.
