Our housemate is going overseas so we need a replacement. Ideally you would be friendly, easy going and tidy. We are keen to maintain a nice home with minimal clutter.
I'm looking at second hand washing machines and dining tables because the current ones belongs to the housemate who is moving out. You won't have to worry about it, but if you have a washing machine and or dining table it will improve your chances of getting the room ;)
The lease is until 16 January 2017, but we intend to sign again and do not expect the rent to increase.
