Great opportunity for Inner City living. If you are after the perfect location this is the place for you.

We are situated in a fantastic position between Melbourne's city centre and popular St Kilda Beach with Chapel St nearby. Conveniently located on St Kilda Road with a tram stop directly opposite the apartment, we are the perfect choice for people who need to be in easy reach of all that Melbourne and its surrounds have to offer. Next to Albert Park in St Kilda Road's business precinct, it's also just minutes from the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Theatre Company, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Royal Botanic Gardens, Crown Casino, MCG, Chapel Street and popular restaurants and cafes.

The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas stove (little beauty), microwave, oven and heaps of storage if you enjoy cooking.

The bathroom/laundry is very spacious with a washing machine, dryer, bath and separate shower.

Main features of your room is:

Private little balcony
Air conditioning
Underground secure carpark
Furnitured room with a queen size bed and stand alone wardrobe.

The Flatmates:

I am 29 years old, originally from Brazil but living in Australia since 2009. I have a very busy lifestyle working in a busy 5 stars boutique hotel in the city CBD and also work at the cinemas on Chapel Street - (yes, if you like the movies I can get free tickets haha)

Taylor is 20 years old, he is studying economics at RMIT and also works in a Hotel part time.

We are both pretty easy going, clean and would like a flat mate that would also have a busy lifestyle but is also sociable and good to live with.

If you think you would be a good fit please contact me, I am looking forward to hear from you.

Thank you,

Douglas.
