About the property

Perfect for work placement, traveller, professional, Fringe artist or tradey for short or longer term stay. In close proximity to Adelaide CBD, The RAH, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Port Adelaide, Pirate Life Brewery.

The house and room are fully furnished.

The bungalow has three bedrooms, is spacious and is well maintained. The garden has a healthy array of fruit, herbs and vegetables as well as a native garden. A public park with tennis and basketball courts is a few steps from the house and public transport is only a 4 min walk away. A train to the CBD takes 10 minutes. Cafes, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The double room is furnished with a new double bed and good quality mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rack and lamp.
Linen is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of appliances including water filter (alkaline water), juicer, blenders, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and essentially all you need.

I work as a secondary drama teacher and am generally pretty busy with work and personal interests. It's important to me to share the space with others who value cleanliness and an harmonious environment. The house is set up to enjoy with others, while providing plenty of room to relax and have privacy.
There are two bathrooms and toilets.
