Good sized bedroom in a first-floor (second story) apartment in Northcote. A stone's throw away from the Good End of High Street (if you can throw about 500m). A literal 3-minute walk from Northcote Station (Route 86 and 11 are 7-minute walks). Plus, there's only *all* of the cafés here...
So, you'd be sharing the place with a 29-year-old graphic designer who loves good coffee and music, is getting a little *too* into his bike, and just loves filling out profiles on sites like these. I work full-time in Collingwood, go to church in Kew, and enjoy equally both films that are good, and movies that are so awful they're hilarious. I'm Joel.
If you're sick of scrolling through flatmates.com.au, reading about how everyone just loves a good time/staying fit/working hard/playing hard/drinking wine/cooking for each other/a party, but also like their alone time/curling up with a good book/hanging out with their cats/watching HBO shows, then why not move here instead?
I think you know the drill – you'll need to be a neat, clean, responsible, rent-paying, non-serial killer type. Another Christian guy would be ideal. Unfortunately, I'm not looking for couples or pet-owners. It's not a really big apartment, so I'd maybe suggest this is a good fit if you're working full-time.
I would say I'm pretty easy to live with (wouldn't we all?), and try to make sure it feels like a home here. If it sounds like a good fit for you, drop me a line with a bit of info about yourself, and we can see if it'll work for you.
If not – good luck with the rest of your house-hunting!
