BIG, BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL!
We are three outgoing professional females who occupy 2 bedrooms of this absolutely awesome two storey, 32 square, 4 bedroom, 4 living areas, 2.5 bathroom house which is right on the border of Bentleigh/Bentleigh East.
We are looking for two others for the remaining bedrooms.
The bedrooms are bedrooms 3 & 4 on the floorplan. Bed 4 is the smaller (cheaper).
You can use our furniture or BYO. The bedrooms are all upstairs and lead off a large living area (4.8X4.5). The spacious living room off the entrance hall is a sunny place to entertain or relax. The large family/meals kitchen area is bright and modern, and there is another living area to the rear of the family room which also has a study area. The kitchen is state of the art with all stainless steel appliances, glass splashbacks, stone bench tops, stackstone feature, a large pantry and a double door fridge with ice and filtered water. There is also a powder room downstairs off the laundry, which has a front load washer and dryer and lots of bench space. The clothesline is right outside the laundry door. If you are into fitness we have a treadmill and weights in the garage.
The private and leafy courtyard has an undercover area and is furnished with a large outdoor setting plus 4 sun lounges and a BBQ - ideal for warm summer days. Smoking is permitted outside.
We are fun, friendly and very easy going. We also have a friendly 3 legged dog whose default mode is sleep, who spends most days outside, and 2 adorable cats. All are well behaved and trained !! We presume that you would tidy up after yourself when you use the communal areas of the house, and share some of the cleaning.
Bills are a bargain at $25 per week which covers unlimited cable internet with wifi, gas, electricity, water etc.
This is a beautiful modern house furnished and fitted out to perfection, with definite wow factor, in a quiet street, with lovely garden outlooks. Close to all amenities including Bentleigh station (Zone 1), buses, the new Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre, Southland and Brighton Beach. Great shopping in Bentleigh and Bentleigh East with cafes, supermarkets, Target, Aldi and Priceline.
