Large and light filled double storey house in Princes Hill. It has an open plan living area, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a lovely courtyard. We have all furniture and appliances needed. Plenty of parking available on the street but permits are needed.

Located on a quiet residential street close to Rathdowne Village, Lygon Street, Sydney Road and a 5-minute walk from Princes Park.

Room for rent medium-sized room with built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and central heating. The room currently has a queen bed, shelves and a bedside table in it. A previous housemate has had a tallboy in the room as well.

The room also comes with the front room downstairs, which is large and light. It is generally used as a lounge area but has also been used as an office over the years but you can use it for whatever you like! This room is unfurnished, so you would need to be able to furnish it yourself.

About us:
Hi, my name is Sarah and I am 35-year-old who works in digital marketing for a travel company. I have a pretty busy social life and am out and about a fair bit, but also enjoy relaxing at home. I love travelling, travelling and er, travelling. I'm also into art, my bicycle (her name is Indigo), snowboarding, Pilates and exploring Melbourne. Generally, I am friendly, clean and tidy and easy to live with. Oh and did I mention that I love travelling? :)

Hey, I'm Coralie, an Enviro Scientist recently moved to Melbs to do my Masters (Biogeography / Palaeoecology) so am studying full time and working part time in Local Government ( Urban Sustainability), and in and out of the house during normal hours. I'm pretty quiet during the week, and fill my spare time with yoga, running, films, gigs, reading or whatever new and interesting activity takes my fancy. On the weekends I am an avid explorer and like to get away hiking/camping/travelling as often as possible.

About you:
We are seeking an employed person (postgrads OK) who works relatively normal (non graveyard-shift) hours. Someone who is easy to get along with, reliable, responsible and clean (all the usual stuff). Someone who is independent and has their own life, but also happy to hang out and share a laugh, drink or some food when paths cross.
And:
- aged 25-40
- non-smoker
- no pets (sadly our lease says 'no')
- no couples
