Rent is $310 per week and $20 pw for Utilities (Electricity and Water) and Fast broadband WIFI. Bond of $1430 is required when you move in, and a month rent paid in advance.

You will be sharing with 2 female housemates. Both in their 20's. They are both are professionals and work full time. They are friendly, chilled and respect others peace and privacy.
