Everyone agrees that this house has a warm homely feeling and people who come for short term nearly always stay long term because of the welcoming vibe the house has. The house mates are quiet and friendly, they like to share a coffee and a laugh together in the garden and are always there when you need a helping hand or a splash of milk if you have run out. I am also there to help you especially when you are settling in and your privacy will always be respected.
Features: Washer/dryer, 100 meters clothesline, security cameras throughout and automatic sensor lights inside and out, so you never have to remember to switch lights on or off. All bedrooms are fully furnished with large wardrobes, big sunny windows with heavy thermal drapes, desk and office chair, bedside table and double/king or twin beds with direct courtyard access available. Every room has its own TV cable and ample power outlets.
Bus is around the corner and the train is only a short walk away. There is also a local shop as well as two major shopping centers within walking distance.
The common areas and gardens are regularly maintained for you. There are also car parking available. The large fully equipped kitchen has lots of cupboards and a double door upright fridge/freezer.
All fire safety, building and health standards have been met in keeping with the City of Casey requirements
