hi all looking for a housemate for 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom house. Rooms have a decent size built in wardrobe no furniture
$160 includes your share of internet and utilities(water/electricity).
the bathroom is shared and has a toilet separately located in laundry.
tyson the housemate who lives there is 26 and works full time as a trailer. Tyson has a dog who is friendly once he gets to know you so person must be a large dog lover.
Must be friendly, kind and considerate and have steady financial income. Right in heart of Sunshine Coast, easily accessible to all suburbs. Also looking for reliable and mature person.
prefer someone needing long term as the lease ends in june/july 2016.
